SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Locations: We ship nationwide & internationally (rates calculated at checkout).

  2. Processing Time: Handmade orders take 3-5 days/weeks before shipping.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Local: 5-7 business days

    • International: 25-30 business days (varies by location).

  4. Shipping Costs: Based on order size & destination. Free shipping on orders above 500.

  5. Lost/Damaged Orders: Report issues within 48 hours for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Replacements: Only for damaged or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours with photos).

  • Non-Replaceable Items: Custom orders, used/washed items, and late reports.
